- Our most popular tour is our tour of Harvard University. This 90-minute walking Tour of the historic Harvard campus (Harvard Yard) and the surrounding neighborhood (Harvard Square) is led by Harvard students and is both entertaining and educational! We also offer tours of Boston’s Freedom Trail, MIT, trolley tours of Boston, Duck Tour Packages and dozens of restaurant and attraction discounts.
- How long is the tour?
- Our standard tour of Harvard lasts 90 minutes. Tours can be customized to be longer or shorter.
- What are the tour themes?
- Our tours of Harvard have four themes: Harvard & American History, Harvard Architecture, Harvard Culture and the Harvard-Cambridge Rivalry.
- How do I book?

- Private Group Tours are available year-long and at a time that is convenient to your group.
- Where do they start?
- Unless there is a special request, our tour hosts will meet your group at 78 Mt. Auburn Street in Cambridge, near the subway kiosk. Please provide a group leader's mobile phone number.

- Our tours are given by current Harvard undergrads.
- Do you offer transportation?
- We can offer a variety of transportation services for small, medium and large sized groups.
- Do we go inside buildings?
- We can accommodate special requests to see the inside of Harvard buildings. This is one of the many benefits of a private tour.
- Is there parking?
- Tour buses can idle with their driver on Mt. Auburn Street in Harvard Square. There is a parking garage on University Avenue for cars.
- How are you affiliated with Harvard?
- Our company is a private organization that employs over 50 Harvard students. We are a respected community partner and use the Harvard brand under license from the Harvard Trademark Department. We are an official partner of Harvard Student Agencies.
- Is the tour offered in multiple languages?
- Yes! We offer tours in a number of languages including Mandarin, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Swedish and Italian. If you are interested in booking a translated tour please call us at 617.674.7788.
- Do I have to make a reservation?
- Yes, reservations for Private Group Tours are required. You can make them easily online or by sending an email to booking@trademarktours.com.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- We require at $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve a group tour. Cancellations require at least one week’s notice. We can usually accommodate last-minute requests.
- How do I pay?
- We accept major credit cards including American Express or check payment.

- Do you have workshops?
- Yes we offer workshops hosted by Harvard students, graduate students and faculty. Advanced reservations are required.
- What enhancement options do you offer?
- We offer multiple tour enhancements including museums, Duck Tours, trolley tours, museums, workshops and restaurants.
- How far in advance will you take reservations?
- We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Most reservations are made a few months in advance but we do accept reservations with as little as 48 hours notice.

- In addition to our tours of Harvard we conduct tours of Boston’s Freedom Trail, MIT and City Wine Tours – wine tasting tours in Boston neighborhoods.
