What kind of tours do you offer?: Our most popular tour is our tour of Harvard University. This 70-minute walking Tour of the historic Harvard campus (Harvard Yard) and the surrounding neighborhood (Harvard Square) is led by Harvard students and is both entertaining and educational! We also offer tours of Boston’s Freedom Trail, MIT, trolley tours of Boston, Duck Tour Packages and dozens of restaurant and attraction discounts.
How long is the tour?: Our standard tour of Harvard lasts 70 minutes. Tours can be customized to be longer or shorter.
What are the tour themes?: Our tours of Harvard have four themes: Harvard & American History, Harvard Architecture, Harvard Culture and the Harvard-Cambridge Rivalry.
How do I book?: Our tours and tour packages can be booked online. Customer Service is available at 617.674.7788.
How much does a tour cost?: Our tour prices and packages are available online. Call for tour operator and tour receptive rates.
When are the tours available?: Private Group Tours are available year-long and subject only to the availability of our tour guides.
Where do they start?: Unless there is a special request, our tours typically start at 1376 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge MA 02138. We launch from in front of the Cambridge Information Kiosk right outside of the Main Harvard Redline Subway Station.
Would my student groups enjoy this tour?: Yes! The tour is funny and dynamic. We serve thousands of student visitors to Harvard each year!

Do you offer meal services?: Yes, we partner with dozens of restaurants in Cambridge and Boston.
Do you offer museum/attraction packages?: Yes, we offer tour packages including Boston and Cambridge Museums and attractions. These packages can all be found online!
Who gives the tours?: Our tours are given by current Harvard undergrads.
Do you offer transportation?: We can offer a variety of transportation services for small, medium and large sized groups.
Do we go inside buildings?: Yes! Our Private Group Tours of Harvard go inside Memorial Hall. This is one of the many benefits of booking a private tour.
Is there parking?: Tour buses can idle with their driver on Mt. Auburn Street in Harvard Square. We will direct your driver. There is a parking garage on University Avenue for cars.
How are you affiliated with Harvard?: Our company is a private organization that employs over 50 Harvard students. We are a respected community partner and use the Harvard brand under license from the Harvard Trademark Department. We are an official partner of Harvard Student Agencies.
Is the tour offered in multiple languages?: Yes! We offer tours in a dozen languages including Mandarin, Spanish, French, German and Italian. If you are interested in booking a tour in a foreign language please call us at 617.674.7788.
Do I have to make a reservation?: Yes, reservations for Private Group Tours are required. You can make them easily online.
What is the cancellation policy?: We require at $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve a group tour. Cancellations require at least one week’s notice.
How do I pay?: We accept major credit cards including American Express or check payment.
Have your tours been reviewed?: Our tours have received praise in numerous national media outlets including The New York Times, National Public Radio, Forbes.com, NBC Radio, and the Boston Globe.
Do you have workshops?: Yes we offer workshops hosted by Harvard students, graduate students and faculty. Advanced reservations are required.
What enhancement options do you offer?: We offer multiple tour enhancements including museums, Duck Tours, trolley tours, museums, workshops and restaurants.
How far in advance will you take reservations?: We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Most reservations are made a few months in advance but we do accept reservations with as little as 48 hours notice.
Do you have other tours?: In addition to our tours of Harvard we conduct tours of Boston’s Freedom Trail, MIT and City Wine Tours – wine tasting tours in Boston neighborhoods.
